Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. (ダイハツ工業株式会社 Daihatsu Kōgyō Kabushiki-gaisha ?, TYO:
7262, OSE: 7262) adalah perusahaan mobil Jepang ternama, yang dikenal dengan produk
mobil-mobilnya yang berkualitas. Daihatsu berkantor pusat di Ikeda, Prefektur Osaka.
Dengan slogan barunya, "We Do Compact", produk-produk lamanya yang terkenal, antara
lain Taft, dihentikan mulai tahun 2002.
Daihatsu dibentuk ulang pada tahun 1951 sebagai perusahaan penerus dari Hatsudoki dan
pada tahun 1960-an, mereka mulai mengekspor mobil ke Eropa, meskipun penjualannya
tidak begitu bagus. Sejak bulan Februari 1992, sudah menjadi kebiasaan bagi Toyota
untuk memasarkan produk-produk Daihatsu di kawasan Amerika Utara. Bulan Januari
2011, Daihatsu mengumumkan bahwa mereka akan keluar dari pasar Eropa tahun 2013,
disebabkan karena terus menguatnya mata uang yen yang menyebabkan kerugian bagi
Daihatsu. Penjualan Daihatsu sendiri di Eropa semakin melorot, dari sebelumnya 58.000
unit pada tahun 2007, menjadi hanya 19.000 unit saja pada tahun 2010.
Tahun 2018 ini Astra Daihatsu Motor kembali meluncurkan produk baru yang bernama
Daihatsu Terios tipe custom, kendaraan tersebut diperkirakan akan dijual dipasaran
dengan harga sekitar Rp 228 jutaan.

Job Description :
This program is spesific aimed to project trainee to the position of Workshop Supervisor at
Astra International – Daihatsu Sales Operation in one year.
- Workshop Supervisor is leader positions in our branch. They responsible for workshop
operational.
- In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as service advisor and mechanic
team leader for the first term and as acting workshop supervisor for the second term.
- Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering
(Automotive), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Ambitious, high eagerness to learn

- Sales Supervisor is responsible lead sales team to achieve targets.
- In one year, trainee will participate on the job training as sales executive for the first term
and as acting sales supervisor for the second term.
- Trainee also will join in class training and assigned an improvement project.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in All Major or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Ambitious, high eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skill
- Enjoy working in field environment
- Having good direct selling skill
- Having passion in Automotive industry
